BASIC FUNCTION
A sales and business development professional in Club X would be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for the brand.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for Club X that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Sales Planning: Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets that consider market trends, competition, and ClubX financial goals.
- Sales Execution: Drive the execution of the sales plan by managing a team of partner sales professionals, tracking sales performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that they are satisfied with ClubX services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the exhibition industry and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ClubX services and be able to communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of partner sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and use data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the sales strategy.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential customers, partners, and influencers in the luxury services industry.
