Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

A sales and business development professional in Club X would be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base for the brand.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for Club X that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Sales Planning: Develop annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets that consider market trends, competition, and ClubX financial goals.
  • Sales Execution: Drive the execution of the sales plan by managing a team of partner sales professionals, tracking sales performance, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that they are satisfied with ClubX services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the exhibition industry and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ClubX services and be able to communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of partner sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to help them reach their full potential.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and use data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the sales strategy.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential customers, partners, and influencers in the luxury services industry.

MUST HAVES

  • MBA
  • Over 7 + years experience in Sales
