He has worked in various capacities right from junior level to the Director of Town Planning, for more than 35 Years. In the process I got wide experience in the field of preparation of Development Plans for small and medium and Corporation Towns. Preparation of Residential, Industrial and Commercial Layouts, Controlling development in Planned Manner to check Ill- Effects of Rapid Urbanization, Formulation of Policies for Future Development Pattern and Controlling of Development, Formulation of Town Planning schemes by Pooling Land together and then Redistributing it on Micro Level, Preparation of Regional Plans for Planned Development of the Region, Organizing Resources in the Region so as to achieve Optimum Results, to form Planning Legislation as per 74th Constitution Amendment for Local Bodies.

He retired as Director of Town Planning, Town Planning and Valuation Department of Govt. of Maharashtra. He was responsible for all planning , and valuation issues in Maharashtra State .

He worked as Addl. Director in State Institute Of Urban Development (SIUD) of YASHADA, an apex-training institute of Government of Maharashtra. I joined SIUD in March 2004. During last three and half years I have designed following courses.

He was awarded scholarship from Royal Netherlands Government to pursue my Post Graduate study in Asian Institute of Technology Bangkok (Thailand) in the field of Human Settlements Planning.
