Mr. Dave has been working as a technical head for the last 3 years. He has majored in System Structure Analysis and Development from NCC – UK and E-Tech from Mumbai University. Mr. Dave handled the technical part of India’s first BPO which was providing infrastructure and technical BPO support to lottery organizers for running their “Online Lottery”. He also developed the Digital Signage System technology for advertising on plasma.

Currently at ImPACT, he is involved in the implementation of the project, technical co-ordination and server deployments in datacenter, including getting ISO27001 certification.
