Vishnu is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 8 years of experience in Software and Investment Banking Firms. He started his career as “Accounts Manager” for Finch Software (Luxemburg based software firm) and later on moved to Investment banking firm Morgan Stanley. Before joining Valuable Group, Vishnu was working as Senior Manager- Finance at Hexaware Technologies. At Hexaware, he handled US GAAP compliance, IFRS, Consolidation and Internal audits. He brings to the group a rich and varied finance experience with him. At Valuable he is leading financial planning and analysis, complete accounting & taxation function.
