Prashanth did his Post Graduate degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

At Valuable, he was involved with the initial roll out of ImPACT ticketing systems. Currently he looks at the strategic and business development role for the new business ventures.

Prior to joining Valuable group, he worked at SREI Venture Capital, where he was involved in appraising and sourcing investments in the infrastructure sector. He started his Post MBA career at Irevna Research, a division of CRISIL S&P, where he was responsible for research and valuation of companies in the European Telecom Equipment Sector.

Later on he joined Suntera, Oil and Gas investment firm of SUN Private Equity, where he was involved in analysing and preparing investment proposals in the Oil and Gas Sector.
