A Commerce graduate from Mumbai University, had a brief stint in the travel and tourism industry prior to joining the Valuable Group.

At Valuable, she is responsible for the Human Resources, including recruitment, appraisal and training. Induction of most of the important key resources in the Company is attributable to her. She represents the company in In-campus placements.

She was instrumental in streamlining the HR processes at the Company and has introduced modern appraisal and compensation systems in the Company. She was instrumental in getting the in-house magazine “In-Valuable” launched. Anchor of the periodical staff meetings for disseminating company’s vision and value systems. She plays a vital role in Company’s major HR and Corporate Events.
