Mr. Shandilya hails from Dehradun. He is a LLB from Campus Law Center, Delhi University, also a MBA in Human Resources from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University and a Company Secretary.

He started as a Legal Associate in the year 1995 in a Law Firm in Delhi. Prior to joining Valuable Group, Mr. Shandilya was with Viacom 18 Media Pvt. Ltd. as Associate Director – Legal. He brings to the group a rich and varied experience with him. One of his recent achievements comprises of Joint Venture Closure with Network 18 Group.

He has worked with Reliance Energy and was involved in the land acquisition for Dadri power plant and Rosa power plant projects. He also negotiated and concluded power purchase agreement, fuel supply agreement and coal transportation agreement with various parties for the Rosa thermal power project. He was also involved in the Infrastructure business of the company especially on the Mumbai metro rail project in the bidding process and regulatory compliance.
